標題[請益] 日月光高雄廠的福利與加班

不好意思想請問一下目前日月光高雄廠上班情況 有google過日月光 但還是有些問題有疑惑 主要是想問製程工程師的部分 1.日月光日班加班是1.33倍，那夜班加班也是1.33倍嗎 2.日月光常態性做六休二，目前會到做七休一甚至不休假嗎 (有些google到的不確定是台灣還是大陸) 3.有些網路上表示外面的人都以為含加班後日月光有五萬 ，這是表示實際上可能沒辦法到五萬是嗎? 4.日月光平常上班早晚餐伙食好嗎，不曉得一餐是多少錢? 5.日月光有公司車接送嗎? 6.工作時數表定7-7，實際不曉得會到多少? 7.一年是14個月，這部分有包含年終一個月嗎? 8.三節除了獎金(14個月中的兩個月)外還會有禮券嗎 不好意思 這些問題網路上沒看得很清楚 我想板上應該很多人在日月光工作 可以的話麻煩幫忙釐清一下疑惑 感謝大家^^ -- 偶成　宋‧朱熹 　　少年易老學難成，一寸光陰不可輕； 　　未覺池塘春草夢，階前梧葉已秋聲 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.227.99.248
