國道5號問路變誤闖　烏塗管制站開罰3000

【林金聖／台北報導】「好貴的問路費！國五問路先繳元罰單」一名女子9日上午興高采烈向租車公司租了一部車準備前往石碇旅游，孰料在國五一路行駛卻錯過了石碇交流道，駕駛丁小姐〈49歲〉心慌下看見一名警察站在烏塗管制哨前，以為是得救了，心想警察一定會指引返回石碇交流道的路徑，沒想到經指引進入管制站後卻收到一張「未依標誌指示行駛」3000-6000元的罰單，直呼好貴的問路費。

陳小姐說，警察不都是為民服務嗎？看見警察以為是得救了，卻沒想到因向警方問路而收到一張罰單，雖經「指引」確實找到返回石碇交流道的路，但所有愉快出遊的心情全都沒了。 國道九隊石碇分隊則表示，誤闖管制站依道路交通管理處罰條例第33條第一項第12款：行駛高、快速公路未依標誌、標線、號誌指示行車，可罰3000-6000元。
