因中聯煤層氣無法履行義務 中海油(883)剔除與其4合作區塊

中海油(883)公佈，公司獲中聯煤層氣通知，其無法履行其于合作協議項下組成合同區的其中四塊煤層氣區塊之義務。因此，中海石油中國與中聯煤層氣於2013年10月10日訂立補充協議，據此，相關區塊將會從合同區中剔除；及中聯煤層氣將全額賠償中海石油中國的相關損失，損失的金額將由雙方委任的第三方評估機構確定。
