昔日國小師生　20年後男性侵75歲女師

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】台南1名王姓男子(26歲，已婚)醉後涉性侵20年前的國小女老師(75歲)，不顧老師苦苦哀求，強拉她至床上壓制，以手指性侵私處得逞，女師奮力掙脫逃出學生狼爪後報案。台南地院依妨害性自主罪，判處王男8年。

《中國時報》報導，該判決指出，王男與妻子感情不好，常藉酒消愁；女師曾擔任教南部某所國小，王男是她20年前教過的學生，王男哥哥從事資源回收，因此常到獨居的老師家回收物品。今年4月11日上午7時許，王男藉回收物品理由到老師家中，遭女師拒開門；當天下午2時50分，王男灌了高梁酒後，強行攀越老師住宅的木籬笆，進入屋內性侵得逞。

女師遭辱後逃出報警，警方赴被害人住處，逮捕昏睡的王男，酒精濃度1.15毫克。台南地院法官審酌，王男罔顧師生倫理，依侵入住宅強制性交罪，處以8年有期徒刑。本案仍可上訴。
