柯建銘：今天只要院會一開始　就提倒閣

【林修卉／台北報導】民進黨團總召柯建銘今早表示，昨天民進黨主席蘇貞昌在中央黨部表示，依《憲法》增加條文第三條第三項第二款提出倒閣，此為嚴正的歷史時刻，同時蘇也提及只要院會一開始就會提出倒閣，而今天是否能讓院會開成，須透過朝野。

柯建銘說，周二程序委員會是國民黨自己搞鳥龍，讓院會沒有議程，他不知國民黨所謂為何，是怕倒閣，還是怕開會，等一下協商就可知道。

另外，立法院長王金平今從側門進入議場，在議場守後的媒體撲空；面對今日議程，王金平表示，國是論壇後協商討論。
