請問各位板友前一陣子我開了104 結果鴻海HR打來先詳細問了我的經歷很久後來她說會幫我推薦給主管後來又約到鴻海跟HR(看起來是很資深的)面談了一次,還談了很多產業界動態 (都沒主管) 又約下次直接面試協理 (前面都沒有中階主管) 請問各位版友鴻海這樣的流程正常嗎? 直接就面試到協理還是這算是鴻海挖人的模式? p.s. 我有5年該產品研發經驗, 該產品台灣很少人做 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.240.117.21
