北檢就黃世銘洩密案將傳喚相關人等前來說明，晚間挺扁團體前來，在法院外高呼馬下台。

檢察總長黃世銘被控洩密案，台北地檢署傳訊馬英九、江宜樺出庭作證，公投護投台灣聯盟及聲援陳水扁的支持者到北檢門口抗議，他們呼口號高喊「馬英九下台、特偵組非法監聽。」
