監院：敦化自行車道浪費7千萬

（中央社記者葉素萍台北3日電）監察院說，台北市政府草率辦理敦化南北路自行車專用道計畫，車道建置不久後又回復原狀，虛擲公帑近新台幣7000萬元。

監察院今天通過監委黃武次提案，糾正台北市政府及所屬交通局。

監察院說，台北市長郝龍斌96年裁示推動「自行車生活化」交通政策，交通局將自行車角色定位，由「休閒遊憩」轉為「生活通勤」生活化交通工具，並擬定短中長期市區自行車道路網建構計畫，其中，敦化南北路自行車專用道納入97年短期計畫幹道型方案。

監察院指出，台北市政府只從交通工程層面思考，沒有審慎評估民眾需求及專家學者意見，敦化南北路自行車專用道在98年9月1日通車後，隨即於99年3月23日宣布調整該專用道為「假日單車道」，再於101年6月6日回復慢車道原狀，虛擲公帑近7000萬元。

監察院認為，台北市政府欠缺綜整各局處專業意見機制，沒有善盡督導責任，有疏失。1021003
