基因股票早列異常交易 投資人宜審慎

胖達人香精案讓基因股票（6130）股價劇烈波動，今日又因檢調搜索相關股東導致股價開盤即摜壓至跌停板並一路鎖至尾盤，櫃買中心指出，其實日前早已公佈基因股為異常股票，投資人宜謹慎留意。

　櫃買中心表示，近期櫃買市場發生基因股票事件，疑涉有股價操縱及內線交易，經查基因股票在民國100年12月15 日恢復交易後至今，股價交易相當異常，去年度共有15次、今年也有六次，遭公佈為注意股票，其中，光今年2月該公司股價處於高檔時，就高達四次為注意股票。
