831颱風國軍救災　薛凌： 嚴明竟去踢足球

【王烱華／台北報導】民進黨立委薛凌今在立法院外交國防委員會中，踢爆國防部長嚴明在今年8月31日，正當蘇拉颱風侵襲台灣之際，國防部也發布「救災視同作戰」命令後，嚴明竟然跑去空軍官校組成足球隊踢足球。嚴明當場回應：「我們會檢討。」

薛凌質疑嚴明8月31日行程，為何全軍都在救災，為何跑去踢足球。嚴明說，因為9月1日是空軍官校校慶，而這個球隊聯誼是早已排定的，因此他在早上去陸軍第八軍團視察後，中午就到空軍官校與球隊聯誼。

薛凌痛批，救災視同作戰，身為國軍最高救災指揮官，竟然擺著救災之事不管，跑去踢足球，嚴明自承，我們以後會檢討改進。
