王金平：協商按制度 效率差非全民之福

國民黨提出國會改革訴求，立法院長王金平今天下午召集朝野協商，釐清委員會與院長各自的職權。

王金平表示，他樂於依照職權行使法、立法院組織法與議事規則等規範進行，這樣他很輕鬆，不必負很多責任，但他輕鬆的結果是立院議事效率不彰，這由誰來負責？這是國家之福？是執政黨之福？他一切尊重執政黨的決定。
