因為不知道PO在哪裡，事發地點就在永和，所以就上來問問看大家，如果違反版規我再刪除。昨天 (10/1) 下午約 4:20 分，我在福和橋208公車站牌 (往公館方向)，看見一隻小馬爾濟斯不停追著一台50CC機車狂奔，就是往上福和橋的方向跑，就是林森路那條大路，但最後應該是跑到橋下，因為我上橋後沒看見小狗了。因為那個路段很危險，車很多，實在很難讓人覺得是在遛狗。狗狗很小，全白的，看起來就像家犬，在大馬路上不顧一切狂奔的畫面讓人心疼。還好當時車不多，否則那樣狂奔很可能就掰掰了。看到這樣的畫面相信任何有養寵物的人都會覺得不捨，想問的是，如果想調閱那個路段的監視器畫面有可能嗎？想調閱，再看看有什麼管道能檢舉這種人。 (雖然根本也還不確就事實如何就是了....) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.96.163.19
