弟接訂單兄改槍　被警逮捕淪為「難兄難弟」

【蔡進男／基隆報導】新北市1對「難兄難弟」合作無間！33歲弟弟在外接訂單，交給37歲哥哥經營的鐵工廠掩護改造手槍，並以「修水管」等密語暗示「改造手槍」，市刑大偵一隊、基隆港務警察局刑事課等單位，昨天出動20名警力，前往新莊同步掃蕩，在工廠內查扣槍管、鑽孔機等零組件，又在44歲黃姓買家中查獲改造子彈及少量海洛因、安非他命及注射針筒等，並在另名42歲的張姓嫌犯家中查獲安非他命。

警方調查，今年3、4月間，黃男曾以5萬元下訂購買改造槍枝，葉家兄弟交槍驗貨時，卻因試槍時手槍滑套卡住拉不動，當場「掉漆」被退貨。葉家兄弟供稱，只是單純喜歡製作槍枝，僅賣過1次，被退貨後就沒有販賣了！訊後，警方依違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例及毒品危害防制條例，將4嫌移送新北地檢署偵辦。
