大通HDA-6000灌電器

我有買了2台大通HDA-6000 ，
兩台灌電器接上電源指示燈都會亮，
其中一台一插上HDA-6000天線本體電纜線指示燈就會熄滅，
這樣算是正常的嗎？還是有故障？

會熄滅的這一台我在台南安平使用，收訊稱不上好
三不五十會斷訊，台南的數位訊號是不是很差阿？
