不好意思,目前有這樣一個狀況想請問各位建築的大哥,
小弟老家在鄉下有一塊小地,
父親想自蓋一棟房子,之後再談分家或出售,
目前規劃5層樓(會加裝電梯),約50P+ 1層
但如果之後針對這建物想要再加蓋上去成7F或是更高,
目前營建單位可以這樣做嗎
目前只是想想各種可能性而已
