高鐵漲價　台聯要求凍漲撤換董事長

【李英婷／台北報導】高鐵將在8日調漲票價，台聯黨團總召許忠信今舉行記者會痛批，高鐵漲價勢必帶動其他交通運輸調漲，高鐵沒顧慮社會責任，交通部竟還批准，根本是「慷全民之慨，獨厚企業」。許指出，去年高鐵營餘36億，現若調漲超過9%票價，以一年4千多萬搭乘人次計算，這波漲價，將為高鐵每年增加45億元的盈餘，高鐵竟還提出要求特許時間延長8年，不合理。

台聯黨團副總召黃文玲則指出，高鐵雖是民營企業，但身為特許行業，對外聲稱虧損重重，內部卻是肥貓一堆。黃表示，高鐵董事長兼執行長的歐晉德，年收入高達9百萬，這是自肥！立法院昨針對高鐵漲價召開會議討論，歐晉德卻以出國為由缺席，如此公然藐視國會，不配擔任公股代表，要求撤換董事長。

台聯黨團幹事長葉津鈴還質疑，政府徵收高鐵用地後，不僅提供高鐵車站用地35年，更提供車站周邊的「事業發展用地」50年，一平方公尺年租金不到1百元，但至目前為止，用地開發是零，「高鐵的經營模式沒問題嗎？」
