技嘉 X79-UP4 有PCIE3.0不相容視訊卡的問題?

這幾天組了一台電腦
主機板是技嘉 X79-UP4
CPU：4930K
記憶體：創見 DDR3-1600 (8G)

顯示卡是微星GTX760

按這裡檢視圖片

PCIE長插巢有4個
PCIEX1的短插巢有2個
顯示卡如果插在第一個長插巢
就會把其中一個短插巢給擋住了
我有一張電視卡和一張擷取卡
變成說其中一張得插在下面的長插巢上
長插巢不管插第三或第四個位置都會抓不到
只有剩下的短插巢有作用...

店家幫我檢測的結果是如此
他是說可能因為顯示卡的頻寬占滿了
所以電視卡只有PCIEX1抓的到?

所以現在只好顯示卡插在下面的PCIE第三個位置
電視卡和擷取卡插在上面兩個PCIEX1的位置
這樣是都抓的到了，但這樣顯示有跑 PCIE 3.0的速度嗎?
雖然我用3DMark11跑分，分數是跟之前我用2600K搭Z68主機板的分數差不多
不過Z68好像只有支援PCIE2.0 ?

只是怎麼會這樣，電視卡和擷取卡插在PCIE3.0的X16或X8上面都抓不到...
只能插在PCIEX1上才抓的到... 滾來滾去
