憂升息　民眾購屋考慮期延長

【劉曉霞／台北報導】928檔期上周正式起跑，928第一個檔期的周休假日卻因為反馬大遊行影響，來客人數減少1~2成。此外，央行總裁彭淮南暗示要升息，也讓購屋民眾心驚驚，永慶代銷協理潘是諭提到，買氣出現遲滯，民眾購屋的考慮時間也延長，從9月開始，來客數減少1~2成。

負責「君泰」的信義代銷專案經理范錫達說，雖然來客和買氣沒有受到影響，但客戶會詢問升息情況，上周假日來客人數仍維持平常假日水準，約50組來客數量。
