特偵組：監聽立院只有1個月不是4個月

【呂志明／台北報導】針對外界質疑特偵組濫權監聽立法院總機長達4個月，特偵組今天上午發布新聞表示，監聽期間只有1個月，不是4個月。

特偵組表示，他們是在今年5月15日，檢具事證依《通訊保障及監察法》的規定，向臺灣臺北地方法院法官聲請核發通訊監察書，案號「102年度聲監字第527號」，自同年5月16日開始，對0972630235號電話執行通訊監察。

事後發現該電話號話是節費電話，執行通訊監察機關，無法執行通訊監察，完全沒有任何通話內容，因此在6月14日到期日前，就沒有續行監聽。而同時監聽的立委柯建銘的手機號碼，則一直到9月5日才結束。

外界質疑特偵組監聽長達4個月，主因台北地院將交給立委柯建銘的監聽通知書，除了記載柯的手機號碼外，還包括「0972630235」，且記載通訊監察的時間，均誤記為5月16日到9月5日，才會造成社會上的誤解。
