張苡澂 愛吃不怕肥

張苡澂表示自己與老公同樣愛吃，直言肥沒關係，最緊要是健康。

歌星張苡澂（Venus）雖然是為食之人，但亦十分講究，經常相約好友行遍港、九、新界尋美食，她說：「所謂食得是福，我不會為減肥而節食，而且我覺得食是一種享受，否則人生就無樂趣！」不要看她身形纖瘦，實則因吃不停，長年累月下以致體重上升不少，她笑說：「我由2008年的90磅到現在有120磅，我很喜歡吃又少做運動，當然減肥失敗。」

最近Venus愛到佐敦的貴花甜品嘗各地美食，難怪她表示感覺像環遊世界：「西班牙、法國、巴西與日本等菜式都有齊，不需要四處覓食！」當中最愛是火燄海鮮義大利麵、威靈頓牛柳、墨魚慕斯龍魚卷及西班牙海鹽焗魚，她笑言自己眼闊肚窄，什麼都會點，但又不想浪費食物，最終吃到肚脹都照繼續吃，更稱老公與自己同樣愛吃，現在還吃出個大肚腩：「我的工作已經辛苦，不吃好料怎能補償自己？肥不緊要，最緊要肥得健康。」
