最近的感想 ... 其實我的工作很單調，每天就是面對電腦和印刷機器 然後不停的 key in 和印刷 這個工作很簡單，一個月的薪水 28k 左右 聽說我們的老闆很要求完美 但是我們使用的機器很陽春 所以很難快速、很難精準 數量大的時候，對於我們工作人員簡直是夢魘 完全沒有休息的時間 我知道老闆一個月收入非常高，完全打爆我們這種 30k 以下的工作人員 但是我希望老闆了解，我們的工作雖然單調 但是不代表沒有專業、或者沒有技術可言 甚至我們這種 28k 的工作人員就是維持公司營運的關鍵 尤其我們的公司小，如果員工不滿意大量離職的話，公司大概可以直接宣布關門了 當你一整天關在一個小房間裡面，不停的做同一件事就可以了解 這種小事情真的不容易 -- 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　冰冷的雨之下 點根煙 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　裝出一點點不在乎的樣子吧 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.165.156
