急~請幫我規劃香港三天的自由行

大家好,我是9/18~9/21去香港過中秋節了^^
9/18號坐晚上21:50的班機由桃園出發至香港,抵達時間是23:30了,三天三夜都是住"港島海逸君綽酒店",我有先買好香港站的機場來回快線,不過到香港的時間這麼晚了,巴士跟地鐵應該沒了吧?是不是只剩下叫小黃坐去飯店check in?

第2天不知道要先從港島開始玩還是從九龍開始玩~我朋友是說先從遠的地方開始玩起,我只知道海港城,晚上去星光大道看秀,太平山纜車(已先買好套票了)想去逛街逛夜市,復古星巴克~~

本來想去坐昂坪纜車,結果昂坪纜車在中秋節那時候保養,所以去不了!所以東薈城也去不了><

所以拜託幫我規劃一下^^
吃的有想去鏞記,滿記甜品,添好運,蘭芳園,橋底辣蟹,或是有其他好吃的也可以推薦我去^^
香港除了東薈城outlet,還有別的地方也有outlet嘛?

9/21是坐晚上19:25的班機回台灣^^
