【綜合報導】康芮颱風帶來強降雨，嘉義縣新港鄉南崙村目前積水未退，最深還到膝蓋。有車輛想強行通過結果拋錨，卡在路中間。

南崙村村長表示，全村都已經被淹了，過了一夜積水無法退去，無法清掃家園。農作物也全都泡湯，每戶初估至少損失10萬元，全部加起來至少超過3000萬元。
