洪仲丘案移轉桃檢偵辦後已將何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲三人收押，洪姊洪慈庸25日表示，希望可以透過正常司法程序，還給戒護士陳毅勳公道，讓他把之前沒說的事情講出來。

據報導， 軍法回歸司法後，桃檢對洪家人釋出善意，積極偵辦。目前已將涉案程度較高的3人收押，他們的律師打算提出抗告。預計下一波的傳訊對象為士官長陳以人、戒護士陳毅勳，還有轉列被告的沈威志。

洪慈庸認為，何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲三人是涉案程度較高的，而沈威志是旅長，擁有最大權力，在洪仲丘頭七法會之前，疑似召開串供大會，命令何江忠教導被告說詞，加上他曾收到洪仲丘的求救簡訊，卻置之不理，以30萬元交保有點太輕鬆。希望桃檢介入偵辦後，可以讓戒護士陳毅勳把之前沒說的事情都講出來，還他一個公道。
