2013年父親節不只是個值得慶祝的日子，當天台北的溫度也飆升到39.3度，創下台北氣象站1896年8月10日設站以來最高溫度，也就是說在有氣溫的紀載下台北地區已經打破了117年以來的最高紀錄。而這對於用路人來說絕對是種煎熬，無論是汽車駕駛還是機車騎士，都會想逃離在路上的每一分鐘。
