【綜合報導】高雄女子小君（化名）因產檢和已婚林姓婦產科醫生（52歲）互有好感，她離婚後和林男爆發不倫戀並產下一對兒女，去年小君懷第二胎時，林男剛好結紮，懷疑孩子非親生不願負責，還反過來罵小君「死小三」，小君不甘林男始亂終棄，驗DNA怒提認領子女訴訟，但自己也因外遇事件曝光，反吃通姦官司。

小君（三十三歲）受訪時，想起與林男（五十二歲）交往辛酸史，感傷泣訴：「他睡自己的產婦，還一度要我拿掉七個月大胎兒，但孩子生下後，他卻以扶養名義報稅。」記者致電林男，他只說：「這是我和她的私事，我們已達成一定默契，不方便說什麼。」
