之前我有PO一篇文章有興趣可以看一下... 大概就是健保費前兩個月沒保加班費沒給預告工資沒給付沒給謀職假也扣我請假的薪水資遣費少給一千多元再來就是特休假也只給一天(我做滿一年日期為:101.06.16~120.07.31) 我的薪資為: 底薪23000+全勤1000+伙食費1500-勞健保700=24800元因為8/13就要去調解委員會了除了特休假其他的算法大概都知道了我只差在特休假6天要怎麼跟他要如果特休假轉為現金請問要怎麼算? 我爬了有關特休假的問題...但他們都是自願離職的好像沒有被資遣問特休假的問題麻煩各位鄉民幫我解答一下我不會去跟公司多拿我只是想拿我應該得到的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.185.208
