【李菁豪／高雄報導】高市消防局防火宣導出奇招，趁著舉辦「2013高雄起飛－城市熱氣球嘉年華活動」活動，昨日擴大舉辦防火宣導活動，教導民眾在自家安裝住宅用火災警報器的重要性、正確操作CPR（心肺復甦術）等防災自救常識，還利用熱氣球緩緩升空，將防火宣導標語布條拉上天空。
