北市府搶錢　近4百個免費停車格將收費

【郭美瑜／台北報導】台北市議員陳孋輝今發布新聞稿表示，審計部北市審計處評估北市公有停車場營運不佳，函請市府檢討改善，停管處卻拿路邊停車格開刀，松山區富錦街、民生東路五段等14個路段合計397個車位，8月19日起將納入收費。陳批，公有停車場經營績效不彰，停管處應評估停車場收費是否過高，不應拿路邊停車格開刀。  

停管處副處長謝銘鴻表示，近來很多市民反映未收費的車輛停太久，為減少不公平現象，才納入收費。
