洪案三人交保 軍高檢二度抗告

〔自由時報記者謝武雄／八德報導〕高等軍事法院日前仍裁定前五四二旅副旅長何江忠等三人交保，軍高檢檢察長史勝德昨證實，軍高檢已提起抗告，將與洪家律師團討論後提出具體抗告理由；這也是軍高檢第二度提出抗告。

史勝德表示，高等軍事法院係於八月八日做出裁定，依規定五日內需提出抗告，檢方前天已提出抗告，再遞狀敘明理由即可。

洪家辯護律師李宣毅也證實，律師團週一下午一時卅分將拜會軍高檢，針對抗告案進行討論，也希望能找出新事證做為抗告理由。
