我舉例好了，
例如我100年1月1日到職，
至102年12月31日止，有7天特休；
過了103年1月1日滿三年年資，我的特休有10天，
那麼我可以103年1月份直接請前十天特休，
算一下上班日可以到1月15日，
一般的公司願意讓我這樣離職嗎？
也就是我上班到102年12月31日止，
但我實際離職日為103年1月15日，
等於是說103年1月份我都放假，還有半薪可領？
一般公司願意讓人這樣的離職方式嗎？
