「外配」借錢未果　疑遭「外勞」性侵

【蔡進男／基隆報導】嫁來台灣的泰籍女「外配」（30歲），幾年前在餐敘中認識同鄉盧姓「外勞」（37歲），女子日前向盧男借20萬元，盧男前天晚上到外配住處討論借錢一事，見女子丈夫不在家，竟持利剪恐嚇、性侵女子得逞，女子丈夫得知後報警處理。

盧男喊冤表示，當天到外配家中喝酒聊天，女子拿著剪刀，問他：「這把剪刀利不利？」他拿起來檢視，剪刀留有他的指紋，不料竟遭外配利用來誣陷他性侵。由於被害女子檢具驗傷單及檢體等證物，警方訊後依性侵罪嫌，將盧嫌移送基隆地檢署偵辦。
