外交部昨晚宣布，正式解除對菲律賓的11項制裁舉措。對國內影響最大的引進菲勞，也將在今（9）日正式解凍，根據勞委會統計，因本次事件受到影響的勞工，就高達1萬4千多人。

廣大興事件發生後，勞委會從5月15日開始停止引進菲勞。將近3個月的時間，受影響的勞工人數高達1萬4千人，如果以基本工資19047元計算，菲勞至少減少了近3億的總收入。

勞委會職業訓練局外勞管理組長陳瑞嘉說，凍結菲勞後，除了有上萬多名菲勞回國後無法再申請來台，還有3400多人的申請案遭管制未核准。根據統計，目前最依賴菲勞的，包括廠工及家庭看戶工，其中又以科技電子界為大宗。

勞委會表示，恢復菲勞申請後，若有意再續聘原先聘僱的菲勞，可先辦理解約或轉出；如果是合意解約，外勞只要出境就可申請遞補。

此外，如解約後同意現有外勞「轉換」雇主，原來的雇主則可在外勞轉出後，再依程序重新申請招募許可，即可把原來的菲勞再度引進台灣。

廣大興事件除了菲勞被禁止入台，期間還發生喧騰一時的便當文事件，造成我國形象大受影響，也讓雙邊關係更加緊張，未來重回正軌，也期盼能儘快修補雙邊關係。
