嚴德發上將接任國防部軍備副部長 八月十六日生效

（軍聞社記者林宜慶臺北九日電）國防部今日發布新聞稿表示，奉總統核定，國防部上將軍備副部長職缺，由參謀本部副參謀總長兼執行官嚴德發上將調任，以民國一０二年八月十六日生效。

新任副部長嚴德發上將陸軍官校64年班、陸院75年班、戰院78年班，曾任陸軍裝訓部指揮官、陸軍司令部參謀長、陸軍第八軍團指揮官、陸軍司令部副司令及國防部副參謀總長等要職。
