無線網路無法連線

家裡安裝了中華電信的無線網路，兩台XP作業系統的筆電有偵測到網路信號，但要連線時它就出現了「Windows無法連線到所選的網路，該網路可能已不在範圍內，請重新整理可用的網路清單，然後再次嘗試連線」，所以一直無法連上去，但是用Window8的另一台筆電就可以直接連線，為何會出現此問題，有人可以幫忙解決嗎?謝謝!
