【綜合報導】針對洪仲丘枉死案，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸今天出面向大眾感謝關心，她說所看到的監視畫面，的確有黑畫面，當時對方告知是監視器故障，但卻無維修紀錄。

針對禁閉（悔過）室監視器畫面，媒體追問是否「有影無聲」？洪慈庸說軍方告知禁閉室的錄影畫面沒聲音，純粹影像，即使看到洪仲丘舉手，也無法知道他說了什麼話。
