陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死軍中，事發至今已第23天，家屬仍盼不到真相，眼看軍檢似乎有意設立停損點，偵辦腳步也近收網，洪姐洪慈庸今天上午說出重話，認為「馬總統該負最大責任！」

她說，總統是三軍統帥，整個事情發展卻拖那麼久，「他說他管到底，但是這些部門真的有把總統的話聽進去？總統真的有關心、追蹤這些事情嗎？」「我們很存疑。」
