跑步新手該穿哪種鞋？

小女子我最近想要練跑，

我想我大部分會去學校操場&馬路上跑。

我最近有在考慮asics、mizuno、nike、adidas...這幾個品牌，

請問有哪幾種鞋款適合我這個跑步初心者呢？？

PS：因為我才剛開始要練，所以我的扣打只打算設在$2,500以內呦！！
