請問東京近郊哪裡可以看到完整的富士山全景?

大家好~我近期會到東京
預計會住在新宿的飯店

我有預留一整天的時間想到 "可以近距離在湖邊看到整個富士山全景" 的地方
地點希望是在東京的近郊~搭電車車程最久三小時內
然後可以自行步行至賞富士山景點~不用再轉搭其他車輛
當地也有一些觀光景點~可以足夠逛一整天的地方

如果我直接到箱根或是河口湖~可以看到這樣的景色嗎?

再麻煩大家推薦最理想的觀賞景點~
若有推薦的交通方式也希望可以建議(希望是以電車為主)
另外常聽說富士山有時會因為天氣問題而看不到~不知道我七月底去看到的機率大嗎?
或者大家有其他關於賞富士山的建議都可以
