傷病給付70%

上班時間受傷手骨折 3個月過去我去申請傷病給付
因為聽人員解釋說這算是職業災害我在工作時間受傷
受傷期間不能工作公司應該要補足我的薪資
那請問我現在申請了傷病給付拿到薪資中的70%的錢(錢最近也匯下來了)

1.剩下不是應該還有30%公司應該給嗎?(不確定這項)
可是到現在10幾天過去都沒有見到有錢匯入

2.是有時間上的落差還是公司不必給這30%的錢?

3.如果是公司惡意不給的話我應該如何做?

4.又或者是我要主動去跟公司再申請這30%的錢?

因為這受傷這件是基本上我也沒有打算繼續回公司上班所以氣氛也鬧得很僵...
