【短片】洪仲丘枉死　馬要求國軍檢討

【綜合報導】陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘枉死，總統馬英九上午再度表示，他對洪案相當痛心及遺憾，除了7月15日已要求國防部徹底調查真相，還被害人及家屬一個公道外，昨天他也要國防部成立專案小組，通盤檢討相關制度的運作及成效，遏止濫權狀況，馬強調，希望藉這個機會、這個事件痛切檢討、儘速改正，重拾人民對國軍的信心。
