社會傳真機－超貸逾追訴期 曾正仁判免訴

中國時報【（馬瑞君）】

台中廣三集團前總裁曾正仁，在台灣背負三四八億元債務後潛逃大陸，他被控利用人頭向一銀超貸三.六億元背信罪部分，因已逾追訴時效，台中地院判決免訴。另外，他因台中商銀超貸七四.五億元，判刑十一年徒刑；違約交割順大裕股票八十四億元，被判刑八年、併科罰金三億元，兩案均判刑定讞。
