（軍聞社記者林宜慶臺北十九日電）最高軍事法院檢察署今天晚間表示，陸軍第五四二旅洪仲丘下士悔過期間死亡案，國防部北部地方軍事法院檢察署專案小組偵查後，認陸軍蘭陽地區指揮部本部連陳毅勳中士，於擔任二六九旅禁閉室管理士期間，涉犯陸海空軍刑法第44條第1項「凌虐部屬致死」等罪嫌重大，且所犯為最輕本刑5年以上有期徒刑之重罪，有勾串共犯或證人之虞，向國防部北部地方軍事法院聲請羈押，經該院開庭評議後，於晚間十時四十分時依法裁定羈押。

　最高軍檢署再次強調，軍檢專案小組秉持「毋枉毋縱」精神，持續深入調查，儘速釐清案情，還原事實真相。
