賣假股吸金上億 數百人受害

〔自由時報記者吳仁捷／新北報導〕61歲男子程駿傑、38歲女子姚玉容涉嫌組成不法集團販賣未上市（櫃）股票，但這些股票根本不會上市、上櫃，警方估計該集團吸金上億，受害人達數百人，前天將程嫌等11人逮獲，以詐欺、違反證交法罪嫌送辦。

新北市刑大偵八隊調查，吸金集團每張股票開價5萬9000元，員工每賣1張抽佣4000到6000元，若賣出6張以上，公司還會招待出國，還刻意選在五星級飯店舉辦投資說明會。

警方說，該集團有1名王姓女員工招攬親朋好友投資，集資600萬購買上百張股票都成壁紙，憤而報警。
