請問手機會自己重開機是怎麼了呢?

我是買snoy tx的手機，還不到半個月
不過之前關機都正常，最近有下載一些app，
因為平時都不太關機的，
今天要關機，他是關完了，可是會再重開機，而且開機非常快，也不用登入那個密碼耶，怎麼會這樣@@

正常應該是要再按一次才會開機，但現在他會自動重開，而且不用登密碼了
那要怎麼解決呢? 這是什麼原因造成的?
