婦逛貴婦百貨下樓跌倒提告　警示明顯不起訴

【胡守得／台北報導】1名楊姓婦人去年7月帶2名女兒逛台北市貴婦百貨BELLAVITA，欲到地下1樓咖啡店，下樓行經弧形階梯中間，疏未注意楷梯高度落差變化一腳踩空跌倒，造成左手第五掌骨骨折，狀告貴婦百貨負責人梁秀卿業務過失傷害罪嫌，台北地檢署今天偵結認為，現場告示牌、警示線明顯，將梁女不起訴。
 
梁秀卿為廣達電腦公司副董事長兼副總經理梁次震的太太。
 
北檢表示，BELLAVITA在接近階梯間高度落差處，設有「請注意台階」的告示牌，另在前2階階梯設有加強視覺色差的標示線，本案應是楊婦未注意警示而不慎踩空滑落，與百貨公司無關。
