瓦斯業者假安檢真推銷 消費者應注意

新北市法制局消保官日前接獲民眾申訴，表示今年3月間，有穿制服並配戴識別證自稱「欣欣瓦斯」人員，到府安全檢查，並推銷4組瓦斯超流量遮斷器，索價新臺幣7,700塊錢，但之後向欣欣瓦斯查證，發現瓦斯公司並未派人到府進行安檢，而且瓦斯公司所銷售的遮斷開關，一組只賣800到900塊錢；消費者才知受騙。

新北市法制局表示，這類業者以銷售瓦斯安全器材為業，刻意選擇和供應天然氣的導管瓦斯公司類似的事業名稱，來混淆消費者並進行銷售；這個案子裡銷售的業者事實上是「新海天然瓦斯設備行」，他們曾在101年更名為「欣欣天然瓦斯」，今年才改名，而且該業者五月間已經遭到公平會裁罰十萬元，現在又犯。消保官強調，這類手法屬於影響交易秩序的欺罔行為，依公平交易法，公平會可對業者處五萬以上，兩千五百萬以下罰鍰。也請消費者遇到這類銷售時，先打電話求證原公司，不要貿然購買。
