在MOD花錢看了這片,我也覺得整片總結起來不太好看 主要就是不知道到底想表達什麼,好幾個片段的故事看起來都很不錯 但是各個故事中間的關聯性我想了很久也很難勾連在一起 這兩個主角在這部電影的連結在哪最後看完也不是很清楚 可能真的刪掉太多小說內容了吧 有點後悔租了這片阿= =' -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.170.153.223

想抱野貓回家遭咬　醉男稱「貓被我掐死了」

【吳國仲／新北報導】今天凌晨2時許，新店北宜路發生一起貓咬人意外，一名男子(40多歲)聲稱自己想抱1隻野貓回家，但過程中遭掙扎的貓咬傷右小指，他一時氣急敗壞，竟反將貓掐死。不過，事後檢視案發地點附近，均未發現貓屍，男子送醫時渾身酒氣，說法仍有待查證。該名自稱被貓咬的男子，由救護人員送往醫院救治，傷勢並無大礙。

餐廳名稱：鼎恩創意料理 消費時間：2013年/8月 地址：台北市信義區110松仁路93號 電話： (02) 8780 1155 營業時間：午餐 12:00 – 最後點餐13:30 晚餐 18:00 – 最後點餐 21:00 每人平均價位：＄1,000 可否刷卡：可 有無包廂：有 推薦菜色：西班牙特 A 級番紅花濃郁時令海鮮燉飯 官網：http://www.dn-asia.com/v2/?lang=zh 推薦閱讀圖文網誌版：http://cacharel1207.pixnet.net/blog/post/38191221 每次回台灣,好友D小姐都會特地找一間好餐廳和我一起去嘗鮮 這次選的是位於信義商圈的D.N innovación『鼎恩創意料理』 之前早就耳聞『鼎恩』大名，因為前陣子分子料理突然紅遍大街小巷 什麼是分子料理？ “大廚利用各種奇異工具，通過物理或者化學的變化，把食材的味道、口感、質地、 樣貌完全打散，再重新「組合」成一道新菜。比如，把固體的食材變成液體甚至氣體 食用，或使一種食材的味道和外表酷似另一種食材。如：泡沫狀的馬鈴薯，用蔬菜 製作的魚子醬等。但頂級分子食物製作起來就如同做科學實驗一樣複雜，難度極高， 因此價格極高。（from維基百科）” 而鼎恩的主廚Daniel Negreira因為曾在西班牙分子料理大師Ferran Adria主持的 米其林三星〈El Bulli〉餐廳工作過 更是讓鼎恩創意料理的名聲大響 之前電視劇『我可能不會愛你』, 丁立威要求程又青約李大仁出來說清楚講明白的餐廳就是在鼎恩喔 餐廳內部是西班牙現代風格的流線波浪造型 配上低調高雅的銀灰色桌布、餐椅和鬆軟的大抱枕（靠著好舒服，愛ＸＤ） 我們原本坐在靠門口的位置，但有一隻蒼蠅一直在我們附近飛來飛去 後來請服務生幫我們換到裡面的位置（結果看到陳敏薰坐在我們隔壁的包廂裡） 餐廳裡有許多外籍服務生，服務時也都是講英文 （雖然我個人覺得既然在台灣，如果你知道客人講中文就應該用中文服務吧？ 難道你假設來的客人英文都很好嗎？） （以上為英文退步很多的人因為聽不懂外籍服務生解釋牛肝菌而發的牢騷） 鼎恩的午間套餐比起一般高級餐廳還算平易近人，分為＄550、＄980和＄1,800 但我們想說既然都來了，就揮霍一次直接點他們最高價的午間套餐試試吧 我們另一個人點了$980的，想看看這將近兩倍的價差到底差在哪？ 鼎恩創意料理 特別套餐(午晚間適用) NT$1,800 餐廳供應氣泡水或礦泉水（水資一人$70） 餐前麵包吃完可以再請服務生提供（但我們覺得沒有特別好吃，所以也沒有再要） $1800的套餐有另外提供三種抹醬：（由左而右）橄欖油、奶油和松露奶油 左下圖是網路上許多人推薦的爆漿巧克力小餐包， 不過不知道是不是放了一陣，吃起來不夠溼潤 上菜囉！ 1.海鮮沙拉佐水晶甜椒,杏仁冷湯 “SALPICON”風格 服務生沒有說裡面有哪幾種海鮮，但略帶一點腥味 混合著清脆的甜椒和杏仁粒，吃起來是帶顆粒的口感 屬於很清淡的一道前菜，可惜沒有特別令人印象深刻的味道 2.義大利牛肝菌蘑菇薄片襯鹹味榛果糖 外籍服務生用英文解釋聽的我霧煞煞，後來請講中文的服務生再替我們解釋一遍 底下是用牛肝菌拼煮成的薄片，上面那一顆圓球是牛肝菌醬（這就是分子料理啦） 戳破後配著底下的牛肝菌一起吃，有濃濃的牛肝菌香 或者蘸上旁邊的四顆小圓點蘸醬，黑色的味道有點像蠔油， 咖啡色的則像金莎巧克力裡面的榛果醬 牛肝菌加上榛果粒和榛果醬，甜甜鹹鹹是道特別的料理 3.日本甜蝦塔塔, 薄荷蕃茄凍 襯原味湯品 上菜時服務生才會淋上用龍蝦頭熬成的濃湯 甜蝦Ｑ彈，配上香濃的龍蝦頭高湯是道濃濃大海味的料理（我愛） 薄荷番茄凍倒是吃不太出來味道， 但或許就是這小小的點綴神奇地讓這道湯品多了點清爽的味道 （抱怨一下：雖然用完每道菜服務生都會換上新的餐具， 但他們似乎不太知道下一道餐點會用到哪些餐具，有時後會給我朋友兩支湯匙 卻給我兩支刀子，所以我吃這道餐點的時後還要跟我朋友借湯匙來用＠＠） 4.「紅色水桶」 這個小盆栽是不是太可愛了！ 但鼎恩的這盆不是甜點而是豌豆湯喔 上面的泥土應該是胡椒粉和肉末，跟底下綠色的豌豆湯攪拌後吃起來居然有點肉燥的味道 5.「粉紅世界」 其實它不是粉紅而是紫紅啊（笑） 這道菜是用花枝、幾根切碎的義大利細麵和甜菜根醬（？）拌成略帶甜味的冷盤 個人覺得意大利細麵在這道菜裡面吃起來有點不搭 6.鼎恩版本 「三明治」(鵝肝,滲透壓式季節水果) 忘記鵝肝上面那層是什麼水果了（還有什麼是『滲透壓式季節水果』？） 鵝肝下面是塊甜甜的脆餅 鵝肝煎得外焦內嫩，可惜本身略帶腥味，不然配上香脆的甜餅和軟嫩多汁的水果， 真的是道特別的『三明治』喔 7.碳烤澳洲牛「肋眼」襯主廚 Daniel 精緻配菜 雖然比不上專業牛排館的牛排，但這塊肋眼的肉質也還算可以了 （但如果是很喜歡吃牛排的人可能會有點失望） 中規中矩的牛排，倒是旁邊烤得香甜入味的配菜令人驚艷！ 8.開胃式甜點 很特別的一道分子料理，應該是鳳梨口味的 一口咬下去就像咬了一顆很大粒的鳳梨口味鮭魚卵，是道清新甜美的菜品 餐後飲料只有咖啡或茶，聽說是錫蘭茶（雖然我喝起來像立頓＠＠） 加上冰糖和新鮮檸檬倒也還不錯 9.主廚每日精選「甜品」-巧克力三重奏 由左而右分別是巧克力布朗尼、巧克力慕斯和巧克力凍 由厚重到清爽，三種不同口感的巧克力甜點不會太甜又帶點榛果香， 是道會讓巧克力人尖叫大滿足的甜蜜甜點 鼎恩創意料理 午間套餐 NT$980 1.手工醃製挪威鮭魚襯「夏日花園」蔬菜塔塔,香草醬汁 厚切的新鮮鮭魚配上酸甜的莎莎醬，是道清爽開胃的前菜 （完勝$1800套餐裡的海鮮沙拉呀） 2.袖珍豆布丁 佐西班牙伊比利火腿,香菜綿密美乃滋 『豆布丁』吃起來有點像西班牙烘蛋+豆腐的口感 但我個人不太喜歡『西班牙伊比利火腿』，吃起來有點像煙薰的生肉？ （雖然Ｄ小姐說西班牙火腿本來就是這樣） 但略帶鹹味的火腿配上清爽的豆布丁蘸上香菜和南瓜蘸醬，倒也是一道別緻的料理 3.西班牙特 A 級番紅花濃郁時令海鮮燉飯 如果這也算是道主菜的話，它獲選為我和D小姐心目中今日最好吃的主菜 D小姐說這算蠻正宗的西班牙海鮮燉飯， 我只知道這燉飯裡的每粒飯都吸滿了濃郁的海鮮醬汁卻又不會太軟爛 只恨這燉飯怎麼只有幾口的份量（笑） 4.主廚私房料理「鮮魚 或 海鮮」每日大溪漁港新鮮漁獲 （忘記照相了） 服務生告知今日鮮魚是『魟魚』，雖然魟魚很考驗廚藝，但我們還是決定試試 今天的魟魚是西班牙式的紅燒醬汁做法，可惜魟魚煮得略柴而且也帶點腥味 5.甜點 不知道這算冰淇淋、慕斯還是布丁？ 吃起來像打發的香草奶油（？）好難形容喔....或者說帶氣泡的泡沫狀布丁（？） Did anyone get it how it tastes like?（笑） 裡面還加了核桃仁、脆糖粒和水果，讓布丁吃起來更有層次感 反正我很喜歡這道甜品，三兩下就把它吃光了！ 全部吃完，我和Ｄ小姐都比較愛$980的套餐內容 （也許是我們吃不出分子料理的精華所在？） 要結帳時，服務生說剛剛不好意思讓我們換了位置， 所以招待我們一份『鼎恩版本小籠包』 送上來時底部的蒸籠還放了乾冰，看起來就像熱氣騰騰的小籠包噱頭十足 不過它其實是道冰的甜點 最外層是淡淡甜味的白巧克力，裹著厚厚的cream cheese, 最裡面是清爽的水果冰來中和cream cheese的濃膩 果真是一道令人印象深刻的甜點 之前吃過三源的巧克力小籠包，有異曲同工之妙 兩人吃完共$3,212 想試試分子料理的人可能得點$1,800的套餐才吃得到 但若想吃好吃，我倒覺得$980的套餐表現較為出色喔！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.62.13.175

（軍聞社記者李忠軒臺北廿日電）國防部參謀總長高廣圻上將今日視導資電作戰指揮部，期勉各級持續強化人才培育訓練，審慎預算規劃配用，精進資電防護機制，確保國軍機密資訊維護及作戰安全。

　高總長上午由相關聯參幕僚陪同，前往資電作戰指揮部，聽取單位任務簡報及重大工作執行概況，並代表部長嚴明肯定官兵堅守崗位，提昇資電戰力所付出的辛勞。

　總長表示，「資電作戰」是國軍聯合作戰重要的一環，近年來，網路與通訊科技發展迅速，國軍資電防護設備及機制應與時俱進，針對民間通訊及攝影器材的演變，制定更周延完善的防護措施，防範不法人士滲透破壞，確保機密資訊維護與部隊安全純淨。

　總長指出，資電作戰以「人才」及「預算」為基礎，他期許幹部落實人員教育訓練及安全考核，並透過招募優秀人才加入國軍行列，提昇現役官兵留營意願，建立具高素質的人力資源；同時，藉由審慎規劃各項經費運用，使國軍資電防護設備更加完善。

　最後，總長也要求各級幹部持恆宣導國軍防制酒後駕車規定，恪遵營務營規，強化行車安全教育，落實官兵生活照顧，凝聚官兵「三信心」，共同維護國軍優質形象。

台灣即將脫離潭美颱風暴風圈，但外圍環流影響，仍給台北地區帶來豪雨。台北市政府表示，21日晚間接獲多起積水通報，其中最嚴重為至善路二段，水深一度及膝，迫使當地居民撤離。

根據氣象局晚間23時30分發布訊息，潭美2中心位置在馬祖的南南東方約60公里海面上，最接近台灣的時間已過。但目前仍以時速25公里的速度前進，向西北西直線前進。暴風圈仍籠罩中部以北地區。

根據通報資料，台北市截至晚間8時為止，包括北投、內湖、士林地區都傳出道路、房屋淹水通報。另外新生高架橋北往南方向，在民權東路上方高架橋路段，積水約5至10公分，在相關單位處理下，情況均已排除。

另外辛亥隧道口、中興橋上、北安路與劍南路口，也都有通報道路淹水狀況，至善國中教職員工宿舍也發生淹水，警消協助4戶9人撤離安置在附近至善國中。

此外，台北市政府交通局也呼籲，停放於紅、黃線等法定禁止停車處所車輛，請配合於8月22日7時前駛離，違反規定者，將依道路交通管理處罰條例規定，予以拖吊移置並處以罰鍰。
