桃園地院今天裁定羈押何江忠，法院以何在軍院交保候傳後，以妻子名義辦理易付卡，是否規避監聽，不排除串證。

桃園地方法院合議庭晚間裁定羈押何江忠、前542旅連長徐信正、上士范佐憲等3人。

有關羈押何江忠部分，審判長在裁定評議理由中指出，何江忠在移審高等軍事法院，且被諭知交保候傳時，何卻以妻子名義申辦易付卡門號供使用，合議庭認為何江忠原先已使用的行動電話即有2支，若只是想與律師、家人聯繫，無須另辦門號。

合議庭以何江忠以妻子名義申請，參酌易付卡管理遠較一般電信業者的行動電話困難，是否意味何規避監聽，且與本案相關共犯勾串，無法排除可能性。

合議庭也以前542旅旅長沈威志曾召集何江忠等人，要何教導面對家屬及軍事檢察官要如何回答的技巧，包括如何回應檢察官問話，認為何江忠等人有於案發後，集合討論如何應對外界質疑及調查，甚至設計模擬問答，確實已有勾串事實。

　吳副司令在致詞中首先對於每位入伍生所展現出的自信驕傲與軍人應有儀態，深表肯定與嘉勉；他期勉每位入伍生要堅定自己的選擇，全心全意準備未來的挑戰，厚植穩固根基，日後成為優秀的將校，共同為提升國軍戰力貢獻心力。

　吳副司令表示，八週的入伍訓練課程，從強化個人基本體能、植基軍事素養及灌輸團隊紀律的觀念，讓每位入伍生體現「不怕苦、不怕難」的精神，願意為團隊犧牲奉獻，鍛鍊出不凡的意志與信念

　典禮最後，吳副司令再次代表參謀總長高上將向全體官師生，表達肯定與嘉勉之意，並說明現在適逢潭美颱風肆虐期間，國軍部隊已投入救災階段，完成訓練的入伍生們在此時更要風雨生信心，勇於接受未來的挑戰。
