美國喬治亞州出現一合成薰香稱為「瘋狂小丑」(Crazy Clown)或是「瘋狂草本薰香」(Herbal Madness Incense)，過去24小時內，已造成至少8人送醫，有些人嚴重到送入加護病房，需靠人工呼吸器維生。

「瘋狂小丑」通常就像大麻是用抽的，或是放在碗中焚燒再吸入，吸食者會出現暈眩、嘔吐、口乾等症狀，嚴重甚至會造成癱瘓，警方表示他們不確定「瘋狂小丑」究竟合不合法，負責製造這種薰香的人，可能更改成份以規避法律，但警方相信裡面肯定含有違規的成份，目前正進行化驗，並向大眾發出警告，切勿購買或吸食，若有發現店家出售，應立即通報警方。

在野黨要求立法院退回、拒審服貿協議，國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池表示，服貿協議是準條約，若要更動等於得重談，茲事體大又曠日廢時，國民黨希望先上路、再檢視成效。

林鴻池說，協議生效後若我方認為傷害產業過鉅，可重新談判；且經濟談判有捨有得，部份產業有不利影響，政府必須、也已經做好協助、輔導準備。
